RATING: 1.5/10
Movies like this happen when hollywood has to much money to spare and not enough time to really dig into what a film is about. Although this movie wasn't terrible it suffers from a lack of a congruent and believable story line that Slasher films kind of depend on.
SYNOPSIS: A young boy who has a very strict mother is caught putting together a puzzle with a naked lady on it. She explodes into a fit of rage throwing things around the room and telling the boy she is going to destroy all the smut in his room. He leaves, and as every child should, comes back with an axe and chops up his mother. Somehow while covered in her blood he is not even a suspect and we cut to 40 years in the future where murders are happening at a local college and only parts of the female victims are being left behind. The film then becomes a puzzle of Violence, Gore, Sex and a slight mystery as they throw a few red herrings at you as you are trying to figure out who the killer is.
This is by no means a good film, but it also is not terrible. It is what I would expect from a low budget film, minus the care that todays film makers put into even the cheapest of productions. Should you watch this? Maybe. You decide.
